Reading Review (Adelaide)

For my oral presentation, I have been chosen the topic Remove web clutter - A Guide to Creating a Minimalist Website. It is about what web clutter is and why reduce clutter on website.

Web clutter is the items on website readers really don’t need, and it serves mainly to get in the way of the content and other vital information. The content and important pages are the signal, and the clutter is the noise. The less clutter, the less visual stress we have.

The truth of the matter is visitors who come to a cluttered web are frequently turned away because they are confused about where to go first or how to find the information they need.

Reducing clutter is that more visitors to visit your web that means you achieve your goals more fully. Whether those goals include making money, satisfying a client, getting your thoughts and opinions out there, or anything else, reducing clutter on your site will help it stand out in a world where clutter is beginning to become the norm.
Clutter always makes the web unclean. Visitors will lose interest. Removing clutter can make it easy for visitors to find what they are looking for. Removing the clutter around what you are reading that makes reading on the web more enjoyable.
